When was your lightbulb moment?
As a radio show host, I began each show with a monologue. When we looked at the topics that kept popping up, they were all about leadership. Since I had already written a book about sales, it dawned on me that you can’t be a leader without selling and you can’t sell without being a leader. It was a winning combination in my mind and that was my moment that I knew I had to bring this out in a book.
