Tell us a little something about your business...
In my journey of inspiring others to embrace joy, health, prosperity, and freedom, I discovered the power of living authentically. My Awesome Life Success and Heart Energy Techniques Programs, revolve around the core principles of releasing what holds us back, recharging our inner strength, and refocusing on what truly matters. This isn’t just a business for me; it’s a mission to guide individuals to simple release shadows of fear and doubt and into the light of abundance and confidence, enjoying life as they define success…not someone else’s. Life is to short to live with regret, Be Awesome with confidence and Freedom!
When was your lightbulb moment?
My lightbulb moment struck back in 2001 when I was caring for my 90+ year old parents, at a stage where they could no longer live on their own. I moved into their home, observing my once-positive Mom often struggling to spin stories into safety and positivity, now consumed by anger, fear, and regrets.
As I sat in their living room, with my parents asleep, a stark realization dawned on me. If I returned to my home in Maine with my retired husband, I risked mirroring my mother’s bitterness and remorse. In that pivotal moment, I made a choice: I refused to let regret define my life’s twilight.
I vowed to live authentically, with joy, and without regret. This decision emerged from deep introspection, where I recognized the profound impact of breaking free from the shackles of others’ opinions. It marked a profound awakening to the significance of self-compassion, resilience, and the pursuit of personal freedom.
This epiphany wasn’t fleeting; it became the bedrock of my mission. I dedicated myself to empowering others to embrace confidence and purpose, steering clear of the shadows of regret.
What are your three words of advice?
These three words — Release, Recharge, Refocus — are the running theme of my work. They stand as pillars of my philosophy because they encapsulate the journey to personal freedom and success. ‘Release’ encourages letting go of fears and doubts. ‘Recharge’ emphasizes the importance of renewing our spirit and energy. ‘Refocus’ guides us to align our actions with our deepest values and goals. Together, they form a powerful mantra for anyone looking to transform and have Awesome Life Success.
