Building a Community is Key, Sabrina Victoria

Tell us a little something about your business...

Human Better 365 is a human transformation company that hosts a plethora of programs and coaching that specialize in time management, organization and structure for the business and personal aspects of your life. We are growing a strong community called Her Nation that is filled with females who are looking to level up. Through these programs we teach our clients how to breakthrough past toxic cycles, rise from the depths of judgment, negative self-talk and limiting beliefs in order to create a life that is filled with passion, understanding and patience. Our curriculum teaches the power of voice, the importance of confidence and the steps needed in your daily life to grab ahold of all the areas that are not working for you and create the focus and time to step up and take your power back.

When was your lightbulb moment?

In 2013 Sabrina found herself crying on the bathroom floor in the dark, broken from the verbal abuse she was enduring in a 8 year toxic relationship she had found herself in. It was at that moment she did one Google search that changed the trajectory of her entire life. ‘Why is my boyfriend bullying me?’ At this point her eyes were opened to the world of narcissism, co-dependency and empaths. She dove head first into the world of personal development, voice, power, and the importance of women having their own money. Within weeks she set up a plan to leave her relationship and she secretly opened up a bank account and started selling clothes and miscellaneous items on eBay and OfferUp. Soon after that she started her first go at coaching with a company called Pure Aspirations. It took her 4 years to secretly collect $50,000 and escape that relationship. Leaving with her son, her clothes and her bicycle. She started all over again with a mattress on the floor.

What are your three words of advice?

Choice. Freedom. Do.

It took me years to one day realize that we could make choices. Your life is not set out with definitive yes and no’s like we sometimes think, we have the power of choice.

To feel free is the ultimate WIN. To have the financial wealth, mental wealth and physical wealth to move around your world freely is the only place humans want to be.

To me DO, is the most powerful word you can use. To do something creates movement, action and momentum in our world. Without the act of DOING there is nothing. In all things regarding your life you have to do to create greatness for yourself.
