“Love in Every Petal”, Margie Gowing

I fell in love with painting early on, inspired by both my parents, and by the artist Beatrix Potter, and the Impressionists, Renoir and Monet. Diagnosed with a serious illness at a young age, I would pass long days at the hospital by painting and learning calligraphy from my father.
My family and I spent a large part of my childhood traveling through Europe, where I was inspired by all the rich culture which surrounded me.
