At my core, I believe that when leaders are clear on who they are, confident in how they show up, and aligned with why it matters, impact becomes inevitable. This belief is the foundation of Elwin Innovative Global Consulting, where I help individuals, teams, and organizations rethink how they think, operate, and grow.

This has been a passion of mine for over 20 years, one that my naturally investigative mind couldn’t leave unexplored. That curiosity led me to pursue a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, which I completed in 2022.

Known as a transformational champion, I’ve delivered countless speaking engagements on leadership transformation both nationally and globally. Through the intersection of theory and practice, I’ve developed the tools to help professionals lead with intention, transforming them into sharper, more effective, and more confident leaders.

When was your lightbulb moment?

Throughout her career, Pauline witnessed firsthand the peaks and pitfalls of leadership, and it drove her to investigate the tools leaders actually need to lead more effectively while making real impact. That investigative drive would soon be put to the ultimate test.

In 2020, Pauline’s world didn’t change, it cracked open. Within one year, she survived domestic violence, divorce, a cross-country move mid-pandemic, and the sudden weight of single parenthood. In the middle of that chaos, she made a decision: to begin a doctorate in leadership, not despite the crisis, but because of it.

That’s when it clicked. If she could lead herself out of her lowest point, she could teach others to do the same. Pauline realized the glass ceiling wasn’t just structural, it was internal, built from years of being told to shrink instead of rise. Her breakthrough wasn’t just surviving 2020. It was discovering that a crisis, navigated with intention, is leadership, and that the women tested hardest are often the most equipped to lead with impact.

By 2021, she took that realization to the global stage, speaking at leadership engagements worldwide on what leadership truly looks like in crisis and uncertainty. She didn’t just talk about resilience, she embodied it: earning her doctorate with distinction in two years, launching a consulting business, working full-time as a strategy and business leader, and raising her daughter alone. Proof that lasting impact isn’t built in comfort, it’s forged in the moments we choose to lead anyway.

Today, Pauline’s mission is clear: help professionals lead with intention and confidence now, not someday, not once things settle, because that’s where real, sustainable impact begins.

What are your three words of advice?

Intention. Grit. Legacy.

Intention.
I did not survive domestic violence, a pandemic, divorce, and single motherhood by accident. I had to make deliberate choices, one after another, to rebuild on your own terms. Intention is the difference between reacting to what happens to you and designing what happens next. It’s why I completed a doctorate with distinction in two years and was invited on leadership platforms to deliver speaking engagements all over the world while raising a child alone. This was not by chance, but by choosing every single day what mattered most. You get the most out of being intentional because impact is not accidental.

Grit.
Grit is something you choose, every single day, especially on the days no one is clapping. It’s about having an indomitable spirit regardless of adversities you face. It’s the 5am business and strategy sessions after a sleepless night with a toddler. It’s building a consulting business with no safety net. Grit matters because your story isn’t about one moment of strength, it’s about showing up, again and again, long after the applause would’ve made sense to stop.

Legacy.
Your climb is never just for you. Every woman you mentor, coach, cevery leader you advise, every stage you speak from is you turning your grit into someone else’s permission to keep going. Legacy is the proof that what almost broke you became the thing that inspires and builds others.
