Tell us a little something about your business...
My life has been giving to everyone else, never taking care of myself / honouring myself. It took it’s toll on me with burnout and depression. Through my own work with an Empowerment Coach my life changed. I faced my self-limiting beliefs that had taken over my life, healed them and took back my power.
Now I coach women to shine light on their traumatic history, heal those old wounds and build the wonderful life they so richly deserve.
When was your lightbulb moment?
My body stopped moving, literally – just for a short time but enought to concern me and realize I needed to ask for help.
I had been taking care of eveyone else, it was time for me. This is a very common story for women, we give to others and forget ourselves. I had to realize I deserve self-care, help and most importantly love.
What are your three words of advice?
Honour your self!
