Equanimity Partners Intl is all about partnering with human institutions to EMBRACE diversity, EVOLVE the consciousness of those who lead and TRANSCEND paradigms for the purposes of Fostering Connectedness, Belonging & Oneness. I believe the harm committed in this world is due to humans not understanding or ignoring the value and rights that we all share, EQUALLY. As we are can understand this better, implementation of principles is necessary. Having a desire to do better is not enough. We need to have strategies and practices to infuse truth, equity, and accountability into EVERY system we can implement them into. The health of our shared, ‘Human Family,’ depends on it. Partnering with Equanimity Partners Intl is about recognizing this truth and taking actionable steps to create necessary change for us all!
When was your lightbulb moment?
I can’t say that I have just one lightbulb moment. I think all of them have built up into one message. From the impact of being accused of cheating in grade school, lessons from my grandparents on fairness and kindness, to the social unrest of 2020 I’ve been impacted and felt deeply about the importance of truth, equity, and accountability.
What are your three words of advice?
EMBRACE Change – We cannot stop change. When we are apart of the process we don’t have to fear the unknown. EVOLVE Consciousness – When we allow our minds to grow, they do just that!
TRANSCEND Paradigms – We experience life beyond the normal or average, through transcendence.
