Tell us a little something about your business...
My work helps individuals and audiences discover hidden gifts that have always been there, but up until this point, mysteriously hidden from view. These gifts are both human and spiritual and allow for experiences which expand introspective self awareness, self-respect and self-trust. People learn to better cope with the complexities of change and uncertainty and begin to trust their heart’s direction and messages. This includes methodology and pragmatic strategies to assist people to understand the path their lives have been on, and to create a new one moving forward that enhances and uses these gifts more successfully.
When was your lightbulb moment?
In my early 40s I experienced a major medical and mental breakdown which forced me to begin to listen to my heart and follow my own guidance more deeply. In that, and many other experiences, I quickly discovered a connection to another source of knowledge which was very powerful and led me to understand that my future was not what I thought it was going to be. I had gone through this journey because I had a message to share with those who were open to it.
What are your three words of advice?
Follow Your Heart
Many people have advice and recommendations for us when we are struggling with life. In my experience I’ve had to let go of everyone else’s opinion, and follow my heart. Often this has meant letting go of the crowd I belong to, standing up for myself and against all odds, speaking my truth. It’s only when we follow our own heart that we can know what is right for us in any moment.
