My work is deeply rooted in the understanding that pain and scarcity are not merely personal—they’re generational.

Many carry the unresolved emotions of their mothers, grandmothers, and ancestral lines. These inherited patterns often manifest as chronic pain, self-doubt, and financial struggle. When was your lightbulb moment?

My lightbulb moment came when I was working with a client who had persistent lower back pain. We had tried everything—physical therapy, mindset work, even nutrition. Nothing shifted. But when we explored her ancestral energy, everything changed.

She released grief she didn’t even know she was carrying. Her pain disappeared. And within weeks, her income skyrocketed.

That moment confirmed what I had felt for years: our bodies hold the stories of our lineage. And when we heal at the root—energetically and emotionally—we unlock a level of freedom and prosperity that goes far beyond what we’ve been taught to expect.

Trust Your Power. You are more powerful than you’ve been led to believe. Your intuition, your energy, your story—they are all sacred tools for healing and creation. What are your three words of advice?

Heal. Receive. Rise.

Heal: Because true transformation begins at the root. When you heal your body, your beliefs, and your ancestral energy, you create space for miracles.
Receive: Because so many women are conditioned to give endlessly and ask for nothing. Receiving is not selfish—it’s sacred.
Rise: Because the world needs your voice, your power, and your leadership. When you rise, you give others permission to do the same.

These words are the pillars of my work. They’re not just advice—they’re a way of life.
