Tell us a little something about your business...
In my business, Transformation Health, I provide solutions to Physical, Emotional, and Mental Pain and my mission is to empower people to heal themselves. I am Qualified in 8 professional modalities and I am a Holistic Practitioner for 30+ years.
I founded Heart Art Magic in 2010, which is painting from the subconscious that helps release physical, emotional, and mental disharmony.
I am the Creator of a new unique healing modality – Healing Card Decks with my own hand-painted images on one side and a message and frequency number on the reverse side.
I facilitate and support the healing process by guiding. the body to tap into its innate intelligence for self-healing. When we move beyond the Beta frequency—the fight-or-flight survival mode—into the higher frequencies of Alpha, Theta, and Gamma, a state of harmonious healing can occur. My Card Decks have become a Self-Healing tool that is easy to use with 4 Healing Modalities.
When was your lightbulb moment?
I had two lightbulb moments – My first lightbulb moment/inspiration was to write my book, which initially was a self-healing tool however, later on, it turned out to be a helpful aid and inspiration for others. I published my book “Love to Change, then Change to Love” in 2010.
My second lightbulb moment, “Create a Card Deck”, probably wouldn’t have happened had I not written my book, as my cards were based on the principle of my book, which I now believe was Universally downloaded, and I am so grateful for this gift that I have been given.
I created my first Card Deck “Wisdom Insight & Foresight” in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic which coincided with some of the darkest days and most challenging moments of my life when my family members experienced life-threatening illnesses.
What I didn’t realise at the time I created this was, that what was designed for two critically ill people is now helping so many more people worldwide. The more I use these cards, the greater the gratitude I have for bringing this self-healing tool to the world.
What are your three words of advice?
Self-Care
Self-Love
Share
Self-Care is critical, see to your own needs first before helping others. When your needs are met, then you have the energy and vitality to care for others.
Self-Love fuels you for all that you need. When your body and mind are full to capacity, then that love overflows to those around you and those who need it.
Sharing is caring. When you find something that works for you, share it. The world needs Love, caring, and sharing, especially right now.
