How living the Dolce VITA makes you a better leader, Angela Santi

Tell us a little something about your business...
I started my career in an HR and Organizational Development management role in my family business, one of the top 10 Italian Groups in the luxury car space. With a calling for the Dolce VITA, the science behind the good life, and the belief that everyone should live the best life at home and at work, I soon pioneered and consistently implemented employee welfare programs, which made me a popular and respected leader among the staff.
When my family business shut, I started her own business, working as an HR and Organizational Development independent Consultant for consultancy companies. Then I became tired of commuting and not having the quality of life I wanted and deserved; I successfully pivoted my business online, focusing more and more on empowering my clients to thrive and be great leaders by embodying the Dolce VITA approach in all aspects of their lives.
When the Pandemic hit and the whole world was on zoom, I envisioned the opportunity to expand my impact internationally.
When was your lightbulb moment?
I realized that even though I was successful and everything looked amazing on the outside, something was missing. I wasn’t accomplished, and my health suffered. Being a high achiever, I was becoming a workaholic and neglecting my life. I wasn’t walking the talk and betraying myself and my values. Then I returned to myself, reassessed my priorities, and understood that great leaders need to be balanced persons in the first place. And this led me to systematize the foundations of my signature methodology.
