My mind is happiest exploring and investigating, determining the most impactful way to integrate knowledge so that women can enjoy self development journeys that are liberating and expanding. After three decades in the corporate world I could see that the needle hadn’t moved much for women – from the boardroom to the bedroom. I saw so much people pleasing. Everywhere!

Self-empowerment means choosing you, over and over again — and finally feeling free to show up raw, real, and unapologetic. You’ll peel back the layers: the doubt, the conditioning, the guilt.

You’ll confront the stories that said you weren’t enough — and write new ones informed by forgiveness and expansion, rooted in worth, agency, and joy. All women need to remember the power of the three A’s – autonomy, authority and agency. When we lose sight of this powerful triad it makes everything from achieving our goals to nurturing our souls so much harder.

When was your lightbulb moment?

Women need greater support because the patriarchy is alive and well. And many women don’t realize they are choosing goodness over wholeness. So I examine the landscape with a ‘whole system’ lens.

There is a continuum between therapy and self-help that is populated by coaching and mentoring. The missing piece is accessing universal wisdom and learning about psychological safety.

I created a group process to allow women to experience opening their minds individually while enjoying the collective wisdom and power of the group. This is the space where everything learned in the therapists office, the coaching sessions and life alchemizes. Hidden Gems is the liberating structure when women finally see what they have been hiding from others, what has been unseen (the mind has been blind to) and discover previously unknown parts of themselves.
