Make what you Imagine Visible by Becoming Visible, Danielle Joworski

Tell us a little something about your business...
I’m where I am today, doing what I do, because of female entrepreneurs. When I stepped out of my corporate career at 40 and became an entrepreneur, I was a fish out of water. I floundered and I failed to be visible. I had a paralyzing fear of the camera and doubted that others needed (or wanted) to hear what I had to say and teach. Because I failed to be visible I couldn’t be seen, heard, found or hired. After 2 1/2 years, I returned to corporate feeling like an utter failure. That return and not wanting other entrepreneurs to have the same experience, became the catalyst for an idea to connect career and business challenges to the solutions and services provided by female entrepreneurs. The idea was for a TV show (The C-Suite) was pitched to Rogers tv and was accepted. With no experience in media/broadcasting and that fear of the camera, I became a Community Producer and Host for 3 seasons. Overcoming that fear resulted in finding fulfillment leading powerful conversations and providing a platform for business owners to be seen, heard, found and hired. Today, I blend mindset coaching with business and operational expertise to help female entrepreneurs 40+ to conquer their fears of being visible so they elevate their presence, especially online, and create the impact, influence and income they imagine.
When was your lightbulb moment?
After taping two C-Suite episodes at the end of December 2019, the Guests and audience members lingered around in the studio chatting and networking. The Director and Studio Volunteers had started to put things away, and the conversations kept going. People were enjoying each other and were not in a hurry to leave. I remember stepping back from the group to watch and listen to everything going on. It was in that moment that I realized that something special had been created, and that I was doing something I was meant to do.
What are your three words of advice?
Be yourself, always.
Part of why I struggled as an entrepreneur that first time is because I tried to be someone I wasn’t, or someone others told me to be. Once I became comfortable with who I am and understood how I like to express myself, it became easier and more fun to share my inner self to the outer world in ways that felt good.
Three words of advice...
Believe. Courage. Gratitude.
