Tell us a little something about your business...
As a Mom to seven, four of whom are daughters, I desired to raise strong independent adults. With my girls, I felt it was especially important that they know how to defend themselves. They didn’t want to do martial arts and self-defense classes were not readily available.
So I did a lot of research and study on the subject and became passionate about sharing what I learned. I am now a certified trainer and course creator.
My Role Model Momming is the ONLY system that offers a path for equipping your daughter to stay safe, for moms who feel that don’t have any hope, in our first world cultures, who want to grow themselves and their influence, in an ever-increasing violent world.
When was your lightbulb moment?
The moment I realized self-protection is neither expensive or time-consuming!
What are your three words of advice?
Prepared, not scared are my 3 words, they matter to me because this is the opposite of fear-mongering. Being prepared for whatever situation you may find yourself in gives a peace of mind and confidence that is amazing!
