Tell us a little something about your business...
My purpose is to support change and growth through healing. As a Coach, Reiki 
Master and Facilitator I hold safe, non judgemental space and support my clients as they do their inner work and step into their power. My work and my company isn’t just what I do, it’s a product of my own journey and I’ve been committed to my healing for well over a decade. Over the years I’ve disrupted toxic beliefs and patterns, faced fears and shone light on my wounds. I’ve transformed my life from the inside out and it’s an honour to be able to hold space for others to do the same. My evolution fuels my passion for healing and my drive to support others as they navigate their way through their own journeys.
When was your lightbulb moment?
It wasn’t a lightbulb moment as it was a series of opportunities that presented themselves around the same time I decided to take the leap and start my own business. I’ve always wanted to create something of my own and I love being an entrepreneur. It’s not without its challenges of course, but I’m really proud to have created a heart centred business that’s in alignment with who I am. Where I show up as my whole self, hold space for transformation and honour brave and beautiful souls as they do their work. I believe that healing ourselves is how we heal the collective and I’m grateful to be part of the shift that’s taking place.
