Why Curating Confidence?

I’ve yet to meet a woman who, at some point, does not feel worn down by the weight we
carry in our “enoughness stories.”

You know, the stories you’ve collected about your beauty, your weight, your gender,
your race, your capabilities, your status, your income…the list is long, and the stories
play loudly in your head on repeat.

But I say, that’s ENOUGH!

It’s time to quiet the noise of those stories. It’s time to “unlabel” them and let them go. To write a love song to yourself in place of that awful noise. A song that amplifies your unique brilliance.

It’s time to sing that love song at the top of your lungs and to unapologetically scream “Hell Yes!!” To you, your dream, your goal, your body…

Because YOU’RE enough today, right now, and always…just as you are.

As a woman who’s built her confidence from the depths of true self-loathing due to twisted body image beliefs, I have drowned in that noise myself for years, I lovingly say to you…” It’s time to let go of this unnecessary burden you carry (perhaps without even knowing it) and instead – CURATE YOUR CONFIDENCE, to WRITE YOUR SELF-LOVE STORY, and to own your AMBITION WITHOUT APOLOGY!

When was your lightbulb moment?

Have you ever had a life transition that shook your confidence to the core—made you tear up every time you looked in the mirror?

That’s what happened to my client. She faced one of her worst fears: sitting across from a doctor, hearing, “You have breast cancer. We’ll have to remove them both to save you.”

Like a warrior, she powered through treatments and surgeries. Her medical team prepared her for everything—except the reality that she’d never see herself in the mirror the same way again.

Months later, while searching for a formal gown for her husband’s special event, the weight of it hit her. Shopping trips ended in tears. She wondered if she’d ever feel beautiful or worthy again.

We met through a mutual friend, and four hours and one shopping trip later, she had the dress, the shoes, the accessories—and a spark in her eyes.

When she turned in the mirror wearing the dress, she gasped – whispering, “I didn’t know I could ever feel pretty again.”

That one dress gave her hope. It reminded her she was, in fact, still beautiful, still worthy — different, yet bold and beautiful.

Standing there with her in that moment, still healing from my own confidence-shaking life transition, I had my ah-ha moment: helping women reclaim their image confidence wasn’t just styling — it was life-changing.

That’s the moment Curating Confidence was born.

What are your three words of advice?

3 Words of advice I have to offer are also the formula in which I walk my clients through to help them amplify their confidence from the inside out:

1. Clear – old beliefs about beauty and body image
2. Compose – a new self-love story
3. Curate – a wardrobe that reflects your empowered identity, current body, and lifestyle “
