As a co-founder of the Teen Suicide Prevention Society, I learned that I had a knack for tech. So I started my own business called Online Course Solutions to help others get their content into the world. So many people have powerful messages and just need a little assistance with the tech to share it. That is where Online Course Solutions comes in. Whether I help unravel tech tangles or runs the tech for a summit, my goal is to helps reduce your stress and focus on what you do best…sharing your message with the world to make it a better place. 😉

Which one? There have been so many over the last 2 years. 😁
What are your three words of advice?
Breathe – because no matter what, a deep breath can help you feel better.
Pause – because no matter what, there is always an option.
