Sonia, the founder, identified a pressing need to address these disparities on a broader scale, extending beyond individual development to encompass the entire community. Rooted in leadership and result principles, 1Apex Training seeks to reshape the educational landscape, fostering inclusivity and advocating for equal opportunities in francophone and indigenous services. When was your lightbulb moment?
The lightbulb moment for 1Apex Training emerged from Sonia’s deep-rooted commitment to linguistic equity and holistic development. This revelation, coupled with Sonia’s newfound awareness of her Quebec-French Métis heritage, ignited a profound shift in perspective. Driven by a passion for social justice and equality, she transitioned from the classroom to establish 1Apex Training, aiming to redefine learning, bridge gaps, and empower individuals of all backgrounds through innovative and inclusive educational programs.
What are your three words of advice?
