By using EFT (Tapping) guided sessions to bring healing to clients with deep-rooted issues that often-traditional therapy cannot resolve. I provide a practice of safe progress with a tender approach to remove the barriers and heaviness that surround personal trauma. He understands the complicated emotions of a breakthrough; the new breath that comes with new life, as well as the tension to hold onto pieces of the past. Helping help clients walk through the process of looking at the hard facts surrounding their experiences while acknowledging the feelings attached. And though virtual or in-person sessions he teaches the tools to provide self-care to empower clients in daily life. Supporting people with anger, anxiety, phobias, fears of the dark, fear of animals, insects, communication conflicts with ex-partners and Empowering Divorced Women to step into their power. Everyone’s situation is unique, so I use a variety of ways to Empower each person in the process, so they become connected and aligned to a desired outcome of their choice. We have many stories and emotions related to money. What is your story and is it serving you? It is never too late to have a happy childhood.

When was your lightbulb moment?

A friend loaned me this movie called ” The Secret” in 2006.
My light bulb moment was ” You create your life by the way you think”
The next half dozen years were in seeking to understand and apply this concept.

What are your three words of advice?

Awareness: Having greater awareness of ourselves and “Why” we do things.
Change: When we see through the veil of why we do things, that choice to do something different can be much easier that you realize.
Possibility: Being open to possibilities can open many doors and adventures and life becomes this wonderful journey.
