Tell us a little something about your business...
For over 20 years I have worked in the space of women and money and have acquired, scaled and sold 2 businesses during that time. I know when women make money they have choices and change the world. I have a unique ability to show women the systems and processes necessary to sustain and scale their business and making sure they keep more of the money they make.
When was your lightbulb moment?
I am an accidental entrepreneur who has said yes to the right opportunities at the right time. It took me awhile to realize that the skills I have with systems, processes, revenue, cash flow and profits are not natural to most people. When I took the time in 2010 to document what I did to scale my companies it became obvious that I could show other women business owners how to do what I did as it applied to their companies. Now I have clients from beekeepers to bookkeepers in locations all around the world.
What are your three words of advice?
When creating a plan for success…it always a good idea to “Know Your Numbers.”
