Tell us a little something about your business...
Maxine Warsh is on a mission to bring great skin care and facial rejuvenation to as many people as she can. “When you feel good, you look good—and vice versa—and life opens up to so many new possibilities. This is why I set out to bring good skin care and simple rejuvenation know-how to as many people as I can.” says Maxine. Maxine started her business over a dozen years ago—when a medical practitioner mentioned that the micro-current being used to treat her mom’s bout of Ramsey Hunt Syndrome would also help with anti-aging. “Next thing you know, I’d found a wonderful engineer to create a proprietary cosmetic micro-current unit for me–The MDX MiniPRO. I used this for facial rejuvenation treatments and its applied in beauty centers, plus I developed a professional level DIY home unit— and I offer training and guidance for people who want to start their own anti-aging business.”
When was your lightbulb moment?
Because Maxine believes in natural beauty, she launched her own epiCARE Black Label range of products. All are non-toxic and free of drying chemicals—and good for you and your complexion. Her most popular product is the all-natural, skin-friendly, one of a kind little miracle worker WARSH Cloth. All you need is water to easily remove makeup and grime, cleanse, and exfoliate all-in-one—and it’s reusable over and over. “Once clients use the WARSH Cloth—they almost never switch back to drying cleansers.”
What are your three words of advice?
My three words of advice for anyone contemplating starting a business—Follow Your Dream! You’ll never regret it—that’s the route to happiness and contentment. (Oops/that was more than three words. But I feel so blessed that I’ve been able to follow my passion and enjoy every day of it!)
