Wonder EA is a coaching and consulting practice for solopreneurs and small business owners who are brilliant at what they do but overwhelmed by operations, systems, and the invisible work of running a business. Founded by Preethi Balasubramanian, Wonder EA sits at the intersection of mindset, structure, and support — helping founders shift from doing everything themselves to intentionally designing how their business runs. Preethi’s signature philosophy, Systems + Support = Sustainable Success, is at the heart of everything she offers, including her flagship program The Calm Business Reset™.
Preethi is also a multi-series self-published author under the imprint Wondering Pages. Her business books, The Ease Equation Series for Entrepreneurs, serves as a practical guide for founders who want structure without losing their humanity. For younger readers, she writes two children’s series: Mystic India for Kids, which introduces Hindu mythology through age-appropriate storytelling, and the Everyday Superpower series. Wonder EA is for entrepreneurs who want to grow — without burning out.
When was your lightbulb moment?
My lightbulb moment came from watching my father run his business completely alone — clients, operations, admin, delivery — while our family helped wherever we could. During one large project, he travelled across India executing all the work himself, and when he came home, he was completely burnt out. I was in grade four or five. That moment stayed with me. Years later, after a 15+ year career in HR, operations, and executive leadership support across India, the UK, and Canada, I recognized the same pattern in entrepreneurs everywhere: capable leaders becoming bottlenecks in their own growth. That’s when Wonder EA was born — to give founders the systems and support my father never had.
What are your three words of advice?
Design, Don’t Just Do: Most entrepreneurs are brilliant operators but reluctant designers. They respond, react, and grind — when what actually creates sustainable growth is stepping back to intentionally design how the business runs. Design your systems. Design your support. Design your role. When you lead by design, you stop being consumed by your business and start directing it. These three words represent the shift I help every client make — from operator to CEO.
