I know how you feel. I know what it feels like to count, portion control, meal plan, spend hours googling for the best weight loss plan. Tell us a little something about your business...

I have a confession. I have been dying to be skinny since I was 15 years old.

Yes… I am 37 years old. Which means for more than half of my life… I have desired to be skinnier than I am at this very moment.

I always thought if I was just skinnier people would like me more.

I always thought if I was just more petite people would like I am so cute.

I always thought if I was sexier people would want to be around me more.

And as I started my own business I thought if I was the more fit person people would just automatically want to work with me.

None. Of. This. Was. True.

Skinnier was never going to make me any of these things.

I had to learn to accept my own worth.

And let me tell in a world full of people who are just as likely to bring you down as lift you up.

You better love yourself more than you care about what others think of you.

Today I can tell you. I love myself. I love myself so deeply that instead of dying to be skinny.

I am dying to make one less dieter in the world.

I am dying to make one less weight watcher.

I am dying to make one less calorie counter.

I am drying to make one more person actually love themselves.

My business was built to make one less hater of their body every single day.

When was your lightbulb moment?

When I hit college and realized how much I was dying to be skinny. I had been on every diet you can imagine in high school. As I was learning to become a dietitian, I knew I needed to clean up my act to become the best version of myself and help heal the world one last dieter at a time.

What are your three words of advice?

Cleanse.
Silence.
Play.

Because every day I do energy work and silence to reflect back to the world what I am being called to do so I can then play hard. Play hard traveling. Play hard with my kids. Play hard in life.

Three words of advice...
