Amanda Laporte’s goal is one thing, get others to chase their dreams and really get into life! Having 10 years of doing hypnosis on herself, she was ready to give the gift of hypnosis to others. She is one of the many individuals trained by Hypnosis Training Canada and part of the National Guild of Hypnotists as well as Master Hypnotists Society Canada. I’m an entrepreneur and storyteller. I earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and spent over 18 years working in Human Resources. After surviving a heart attack, I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a Holistic Health Practitioner. I also trained to become a Registered Yoga Teacher and Educator and started my own business, Firefly Community LLC. I published my first book, Pawsitive Perspectives, in 2024.

As a fierce proponent of economic justice, Leah Greenblum founded Jewish Free Loan Chicago in 2022. Previously, Leah founded Midwest Access Coalition. She is a current fellow at the Mandel Institute’s Executive Nonprofit Leadership Program, and received the Women of Reform Judaism’s 2019 Women’s Empowerment Award. Leah earned a Masters in sociology from Brown University and graduated summa cum laude from University of Florida. She holds a nonprofit management certificate from Kellogg at Northwestern University.
