My back ground is Engineering, I graduated in Aerospace Avionics. In 2011 I moved to London and was fortunate enough to be placed in their graduate engineering program. Not long into the program I was given the opportunity to work in innovation and technology, this is where I discovered my passion for finding ways to use tech to help companies and people. The original Wellness Broker, Lauren founded The Balanced Wellness Centre in 2019. After working in non-profits across Canada for 20 years, she shifted gears to complete her Yoga Teacher Training & Reiki Certifications in 2018. Working with various practitioners in personal & professional development, she created The Balanced Wellness Centre to support the health & wellbeing of the individual for the wellness of organizations as a whole.
